Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to ensure our customers have clarity on our refund policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By registering for or purchasing a webinar, you agree to abide by this refund policy.

We offer refunds on webinar registrations under certain conditions. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at info@engagevista.com within the timeframes outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: If you request a refund 24 hours prior to the conference, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.
  • No Refund: Once the webinar has taken place, no refunds will be issued. This includes situations where you are unable to attend, miss the webinar, or fail to access the content due to technical issues on your end (unless caused by our fault).

Refund Process

To request a refund, you must:

  • Email our customer support team at info@engagevista.com within the refund eligibility period.
  • Include the following details in your request:
    • Name
    • Email address used for registration
    • Date of purchase
    • Webinar title and date
    • Reason for refund request

If you have accessed or downloaded any content related to the webinar (such as video recordings, PDFs, or slides), you are not eligible for a refund.

Event Cancellations and Changes

While we strive to deliver all webinars as scheduled, occasionally events may need to be rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

  • Rescheduled Webinar: If the webinar is rescheduled to a new date, you will be automatically enrolled for the new session. If the new date is not convenient for you, you can request a refund.
  • Canceled Webinar: If a webinar is canceled, you will be eligible for a full refund. You will be notified by email at least 1 day before the original event date in the case of cancellation.

Technical Issues

If you are unable to attend the webinar due to technical difficulties caused by our platform (e.g., failure to provide access to the webinar or technical outages on our end), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us to report any technical issues, and we will work with you to resolve the situation or issue a refund.

If the issue is due to your internet connection or device, we are unable to offer a refund, but we can assist in troubleshooting or provide alternatives, such as a replay or access to on-demand content, if applicable.

No-Show Policy

If you register for a webinar but fail to attend, no refund will be provided unless you have requested a refund in accordance with our refund policy and within the eligible time frame.

On-Demand Webinar Access

If you purchase an on-demand recording of a webinar:

  • You will have access to the recording for a limited period, as specified at the time of purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued once you have accessed or watched the on-demand content.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund outside of the usual policy. Any exceptions are determined at our sole discretion and may be based on unique or extenuating circumstances, such as serious illness or emergencies.
